Local user went from oil change @ 10k to 65K sump drain all backed up with free oil analysis for a year. Cat C15 logging truck hauling 93k loads out of the woods. Customer now confident he is sending samples @ 15k. Last test factory commented did you get engine hot? Customer commented that was pulling hard but not overheated, he was impressed oil analysis could detect that but oil still in good shape replaced bypass filter topped off with 15/40 diesel duty oil which has EMT added. A large company went 120K on sump oil Cummins ISX. An independent trucker went 200k on a Cat 3406b engine All these oil samples were tested along the way to ensure oil was in spec and not contaminated. Using our EMT product brings added lubricity for protection along for the extended ride. Oil sampling will warn you of other problems arising. If you have an injector failure change your oil to remove excessive fuel in the oil that will lead to bearing failure.
New customer installation will give updates @ 10k intervals for oil analysis. Hoping for 50k sump change but would be happy with 30k UPDATE 1OK sample in spec going another 10k and retest
2004 DURAMAX FRAME MOUNTED SAMPLED OIL @ 19,984 STILL GOOD GOING TO RETEST IN ANOTHER 5K. HE HAS GONE TO 32K BEFORE SUMP CHANGE. BIG RIGS ARE GOING OVER 100K SHOULD BE ABLE TO GO 75K SAFELY CHANGING BYPASS FILTER AT 25K AND ADDING EMT TO KEEP OIL ABOVE SPEC. SHAKE OIL BEFORE ADDING DUE TO ADDITIVE PACK SETTLING ON BOTTOM.
